We have 2 and 3 apartments located in Corsicana. The price ranges from $575.00 to $685.00. All apartments have 2 full baths. Some apartments have w/d connection. Some bills are paid. Each apt. has covered parking.

Requirements

We require all prospective tenants to fill our the TAA application form. There is a $28.00 fee charge. All of our properties requires a deposit fee of $300.00. Any house requires 1 year lease. You can get an on line TAA application. This will be through a secure area. You will have to send money order for the application fee.
